added AR translations to the Friendica addons
...
Thanks to the work of طاهر, Farida Khalaf, محمد أحمد, abidin toumi, Abdullah Alsabi, ButterflyOfFire and ominds the translation of Friendica into Arabic has crossed the magic 50% progress mark, so we now include their work into the addons repository.

- Added `App` as type-hint for $a and no & (call-by-reference) anymore
- use empty() instead of deprecated x()
- opening curly brace belongs into new line after function/method declaration
- added a lot other curly braces for better readability
- added spaces and empty lines
